Welcome to Zesora. These terms outline the agreement between you (our guest) and Zesora Hospitality. We kindly ask that you read
through this document before making a reservation or staying with us.

Zesora Hospitality aims to provide a warm, thoughtful experience in the hills of Galiyat. These terms help us ensure your stay remains smooth, clear, and enjoyable.

1. Who we are

Zesora is a boutique hospitality destination rooted in thoughtful comfort and heartfelt service. Nestled in Nathia Gali, our aim is to offer more than just a place to stay, we’re here to help you feel at home in the mountains.

2. Our role

Zesora Hospitality is the sole operator and service provider for all bookings made directly through our website, phone, or in person. Your booking is directly with Zesora Nathia Gali. Any third-party listings or travel agents serve only as discovery platforms; final transactions and responsibilities lie with Zesora.

3. Booking process

All reservations are confirmed via email or WhatsApp. We will request key information such as your name, contact details, number of guests, and stay duration. A partial or full payment may be required to confirm your booking.

Our team will remain available at every step, from pre-arrival to post-departure, to ensure your experience is seamless.

4. Room & property details

While we take great care in ensuring the accuracy of our room photos and descriptions, please note that layout, furnishings, and amenities may vary slightly due to maintenance or upgrades. We will always communicate any significant changes in advance.

5. Modifications to bookings

If you’d like to modify your booking, please reach out to our team as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes, but modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

6. Cancellations & refunds

Our cancellation policy is flexible yet fair. Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to check-in may be eligible for a partial refund. Short-notice cancellations are subject to a charge. Details are outlined during booking confirmation.

7. Additional charges

Certain amenities or services, such as extra mattress, car rentals, guided tours, laundry, and room upgrades, may involve additional charges. These will always be communicated transparently and billed either during or after your stay.

8. Payments

All payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or secure online payment link. Room rates and service charges are outlined in your invoice. For customized bookings, a detailed breakdown will be provided.

9. Guest conduct & responsibilities

To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests, we ask that you:

  • Respect quiet hours and common spaces
  • Use in-room safes for valuables
  • Inform our staff of any maintenance issues

We reserve the right to ask any guest to vacate the property due to misconduct, damage, or disregard for property rules.

10. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure a safe, secure stay, Zesora is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings not placed in in-room safes. We encourage all guests to travel with personal travel insurance.

11. Privacy

We value your privacy. Any personal information collected during booking is used only for reservation management and will not be shared with third parties. Our full privacy policy is available upon request.

12. Force majeure

In rare cases of unavoidable disruption, such as natural disasters, extreme weather, or local emergencies, Zesora reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings without penalty. In such events, we will work closely with you to reschedule or refund your stay.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes or concerns can be addressed with our management team. Legal proceedings, if any, will be held under jurisdiction of the relevant authorities in Abbottabad District.
